The following guide was prepared by the Pathways program of the Lehigh County Conference of Churches to assist clergy and other church staff to better know what resources are available for persons coming to your door for help. After Hours/ Churchs
When agencies are closed, we recommend that church pastors and staff do not give money but do the following:

Food Give groceries or voucher to a restaurant
Transportation Give bus ticket or check written to the bus terminal
Gasoline Give check or voucher to gas station
Housing Call shelters, give voucher or check to a motel.
If temperature is extreme, either hot or cold,
